Troubleshooting
If Analyse-it does not start when you start Microsoft Excel, you should troubleshoot the installation.
You can determine if Analyse-it is running by looking for the Analyse-it tab in the Excel ribbon. If you cannot see the tab you should follow these steps:
- Checking the version installed
Check you are running Analyse-it version 3.00 or later. - Enabling the add-in
Ensure the Analyse-it add-in is active in Microsoft Excel. - Repairing the installation
Ensure that all program files are properly installed and registered. - Contacting technical support
