Troubleshooting

If Analyse-it does not start when you start Microsoft Excel, you should troubleshoot the installation.

You can determine if Analyse-it is running by looking for the Analyse-it tab in the Excel ribbon. If you cannot see the tab you should follow these steps:
  1. Checking the version installed
    Check you are running Analyse-it version 3.00 or later.
  2. Enabling the add-in
    Ensure the Analyse-it add-in is active in Microsoft Excel.
  3. Repairing the installation
    Ensure that all program files are properly installed and registered.
  4. Contacting technical support
    Contact us if you have any problems or questions.
