About reports

Analyse-it presents the results of statistical analysis as a report. Reports are standard Excel worksheets so can be saved, printed, e-mailed and otherwise treated just like any other worksheet. Custom reports can be created by copy-pasting charts and cell ranges into another document or application.

EVALUATION  If you are using the free trial of Analyse-it you cannot print, save or move reports.

The header of each report shows the name of the test performed, the variables used, the date and name of the user who last updated the report and the version of Analyse-it used to conduct the analysis. The user name is taken from the Excel user name, and can be changed as follows:

To change the user name shown on the Analyse-it reports:

  1. Excel 2007:
Click Office Button on Excel, then click Excel Options, then activate the Popular tab.

    Excel 97, 2000, 2002 & 2003:
Click Tools on the Excel menu bar then click Options, then activate the General tab.

  2. Enter User Name.
  3. Click OK. New and updated reports will now use the new user name.
