Installer propertiesSet these properties on the installer command line to control who the software is installed for, to supply the product key, and to install without a user interface. Combine them in any order.

Property Effect
ALLUSERS=1 Installs for everyone who uses the computer. You will need an administrator. Omit it to install just for the Windows account running the command, which needs no administrator rights.
PRODUCTKEY=P-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX Fills in the product key, so each person enters only their name, organisation, and e-mail address when they activate. Use the product key exactly as it appears on your license, including the P- prefix. Works whichever way you install. Set it again on every update, because the update removes the previous version and the product key it stored.
/qn Installs without a user interface.

Examples

Install for everyone who uses the computer, with no user interface:

msiexec /i Analyse-it.msi ALLUSERS=1 /qn

Install just for your Windows account, with the product key filled in:

msiexec /i Analyse-it.msi PRODUCTKEY=P-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX

Using the single installer

The single installer (.EXE) passes PROPERTY=value arguments through to msiexec, so you can deploy without downloading the separate packages and without knowing which Microsoft Excel is installed:

Analyse-it.exe ALLUSERS=1 PRODUCTKEY=P-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX

It does not pass /qn to msiexec, or any other switch starting with /. Use the Windows Installer package to install without a user interface.

Important: A product key supplied during install does not activate the software. Each person must still activate using their own Windows account. See Activating a license.
