Creating a CDF plot

Plot a CDF to visualize the shape of the distribution of a quantitative variable.

1. Select a cell in the dataset.
2. On the Analyse-it ribbon tab, in the Statistical Analyses group, click Distribution > CDF, and then click the plot type.
   The analysis task pane opens.
3. In the Y drop-down list, select the variable.
4. Optional: To show the confidence band, in the Confidence band edit box, type the confidence level.
5. Click Calculate.
