Creating a univariate plot

Plot a dot plot, box plot, or mean plot to visualize the distribution of a single quantitative variable.

1. Select a cell in the dataset.
2. On the Analyse-it ribbon tab, in the Statistical Analyses group, click Distribution > Univariate, and then click the plot type.
   The analysis task pane opens.
3. In the Y drop-down list, select the variable.
4. Optional: To overlay more than one plot type on the same chart, on the Analyse-it ribbon tab, in the Distribution group, click Univariate, and then click an additional plot type.
5. Optional: In the analysis task pane, customize the options for the plot.
6. Click Calculate.
